Do you need electricity:
Anodizing is carried out under high-voltage electrical conditions and is an electrochemical reaction process. Chemical anodizing is a chemical reaction that does not require electricity, just soaking in a potion.
Length of time
Anodizing takes a long time, generally tens of minutes. And chemical anodizing takes only tens of seconds.
Wear resistance is good or bad
The film produced by anodizing is several microns to tens of microns, which is hard and wear-resistant. The thin film produced by chemical anodizing is about 0.01-0.15 microns, with poor wear resistance, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance.
Conductivity
Aluminium anodized films are inherently non-conductive. The thin film formed by chemical anodizing is very thin and conductive.
